In Morgantown, West Virginia a local news outlet, WBOY12, recently published a story about Big Daddy Unlimited’s newest brick-and-mortar store location, Big Daddy Guns (BDG). A small group of residents is opposing the store and attempting to pressure the local city council to change zoning codes to prevent the store from opening.
More than ten Federal Firearm Licensees (FFLs) are already open and operating gun stores in Morgantown, however, residents opposed to BDG have claimed that opening this new store will bring gun violence to their town. BDG has received much more scrutiny than any other firearm dealer in the area.
