Joe Biden walked onstage in front of a group of veterans Friday and then stole their valor. Biden told the veterans his Uncle Frank was wounded during the Battle of the Bulge, but somehow never received the Purple Heart. Biden claimed he first learned of the oversight when he was vice president, from his father. “So, I got him the Purple Heart. He had won it in the Battle of the Bulge. And I remember he came over to the house and I came out and my father said; ‘Present it to him, okay?’ We had the family there,” Biden…

Charles “Chuck” Palmatier will serve one year and a day in federal prison for selling guns at the Volusia Flea Market in Deland, Florida without a Federal Firearm License. According to a press release, the ATF first warned Palmatier that he needed to stop selling guns without an FFL. “According to court documents, on July 28, 2021, agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) met with Palmatier and explained that if he wanted to continue to sell firearms he would have to apply for a Federal Firearms License (FFL).” Palmatier, the ATF claims, ignored the…

The worst domestic violence I have ever seen involved a woman whose husband was out on bond for blinding their son with a baseball bat. He had struck the child so viciously he lost his eyesight. The woman had a temporary protection order against her husband and a court date for another hearing. She never made the second hearing. I was a rookie cop when I first met her. I was sent to an unknown call for the police. As I and my partner were walking up the stairs to the woman’s second-floor apartment, we noticed the coppery smell of…

More than 1 million Americans were killed by firearms from 1990 to 2021, and firearm deaths increased markedly during the pandemic, according to a study published Tuesday by the Journal of the American Medical Association network titled: “Trends and Disparities in Firearm Fatalities in the United States, 1990-2021.” Firearm deaths reached their lowest point in 2004 and then increased by more than 45% by 2021 – a 28-year high – the study claims. Black males were most at risk for homicide, and white males over 70 had the highest suicide rates. The authors analyzed data from the Centers for Disease…

When Joe Biden’s hyper-partisan Justice Department announced they were sending federal poll watchers to Florida, Gov. Ron DeSantis pushed back hard. DeSantis and state election officials pointed to a Florida statute that lists the people who are permitted inside a polling place on election day, and the feds didn’t make the list. This was a great example of a ballsy governor using a well-crafted state law and his bully pulpit to stop the feds from interfering with our rights. It should become a template for those seeking to counter any federal overreach, especially Biden’s war on our guns. Biden’s DOJ…

Hodges later posted a copy of the video on his YouTube page. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5yNlwCQpO0 “What’s this in your back pocket?” Deputy Gohdy can be heard asking on the video. “It’s a navigational aid,” Hodges said. “What’s the problem? Are you a tyrant?” “Yeah, I am actually,”…

Pat Mullins’ nearly headless body was found partially submerged in the Gulf of Mexico, tied tightly to a 25-pound boat anchor. He had been shot in the side of the head with a shotgun. The fatal wound was fired from a short distance, and forensic experts couldn’t rule out that he hadn’t been shot multiple times. Mullins was in good health, was financially secure, had a loving family, and never even owned a shotgun. But despite all of this and even more evidence of murder, Manatee County Sheriff’s Detective Darryl Davis somehow concluded Mullins killed himself. It was the rookie…

A small civilian rifle club located just 50 miles northwest of Boston is suing nearby Fort Devens for violating federal law granting them access to military rifle ranges at reasonable rates, as well as violating their members’ constitutional rights to due process and equal protection under the law. Ultimately, the club says the Biden-Harris administration is responsible. A little-known section of the U.S. code requires the Army to make rifle and pistol ranges available for civilian use as long as it does not interfere with military training, and it prohibits officials from charging exorbitant fees for range access. Another federal…
